Our latest student housing project in Trondheim is progressing rapidly, with the main structure of the buildings now taking shape. The development consists of two multi-story buildings, each with four floors, separated by a central public plaza designed to enhance accessibility and create a vibrant, engaging space for students and visitors. This open area encourages social interaction, making it a key feature of the project.
We’ve completed the core framework of the buildings, using reinforced concrete and steel to ensure strength and durability. Each level has been carefully secured, providing a solid foundation for the student accommodations and shared recreational spaces that will follow. Safety barriers and scaffolding are currently in place as we move forward with the next stages of construction. The exterior will soon be adorned with glass facades, creating an open and inviting atmosphere.
Each building spans between 1,000 and 1,500 square meters per floor, and with a total construction area per building ranging from 5,000 to 7,500 square meters, the entire development could cover between 10,000 and 15,000 square meters. As part of the construction team, we are overseeing every phase of this important student housing development, ensuring that the buildings are built to the highest standards. We're excited to see the project evolve and become a new home for students, with the finishing touches and interior work still to come.
